Premium Microfibre 1000gsm Heavy Weight Towel

This is an extremely high quality towel used predominately in the automotive trade for polish application, removal, drying & quality polishing. The thick 1000 gsm pile makes removing substances light work from any surfaces, this cloth also has a high dust retention and water absorbency due to the thick pile.

The hemming on this cloth is ultra soft. We have used the same microfibre material from the cloth to create a quality hemming that will not scratch or damage any surface.

The smaller 40x40cm size is ideal for polish application and removal. The thick plush texture removes any coating applied to the surface with ease, excellent for drying, buffing or polishing.

These warp knitted high polyamide content cloths ensure almost no surface damage as the splitting process produces a very soft material ideal for use on sensitive surfaces. The high polyamide content improves the cleaning effect over lower priced products.

Caring for your product

We recommend that these cloths and towels are laundered at a low temperature around 40 Deg C to save energy. They can be laundered at higher temperatures up to 95 Deg C however, some shrinkage will occur in the initial few washes, > 5%.

Can be laundered over 500 times.

Can be tumble dried, in fact it is beneficial as it ‘opens’ the fibres up.

Fabric softener can be used, however, this will reduce the cloths effectiveness when used dry.

To avoid smearing please ensure that the rinse cycle is effective and removes all traces of detergent.
